"We first used NW Heating when we were having problems with our heat pump. Found NW advertisement, they were available and came within a day. It was not a simple fix, but when they were done, the heat pump worked better than when it was new. I think they fixed problems the installing company had made. When our heat pump quit, NW assessed the problem, advised we needed to update our furnace and got furnace ordered and installed in a reasonable time. I have recommended them to friends."
